George Akinkuoye PMHNP-BC, DNP, PhD. President and CEO Medical Community Psychotherapy
Akinkuoye is currently a co-owner of Collaborative Mental Health. He is a mental health clinician in Natick and Framingham, Massachusetts. He has been working with the geriatric and adolescent population in many different clinical settings for the past 30 years. He is an Author, Book Publisher and a Song Writer/Composer.
Akinkuoye is currently seeing clients for psychopharmacology and Psychotherapy in his Natick and Framingham office.
Our Staff
Medical Community Psychotherapy LLC employs psychotherapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, therapists, and other mental health workers. All of our staff members have significant experience in the mental health field and are all dedicated to helping our clients achieve mental wellness.
Nicole (Nicky) Scarmeas, MSWPre-licensed Clinical Social Worker, TraumaPractice Certificate, TF-CBT certified, Reiki II Practitioner
Nicky graduated from Simmons College in May of 2024, earning a Masters in Clinical Social Work as well as a Master’s Trauma Practice Certificate. She expects to be state licensed as a Clinical Social Worker this year as she follows on the LISCW pathway.
Prior to returning to school, she has worked in editorial, community outreach, and as a direct service provider providing recovery and grief support.
Adeola Adejinmi, MSN, FNP, PMHNP-BCPsychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; Trauma-Informed Care & Medication Management
She is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. She has cared for individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, respectful, and individualized care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Emmanuel College, her Master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Regis College, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Her clinical expertise includes treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders through comprehensive evaluations, medication management, supportive therapeutic approaches, and supportive spiritual care.
